Eat Breakfast

Many people skip breakfast either because they feel they don’t have the time in the morning or as a measure to control their weight. Studies have shown, however, that people who eat breakfast regularly are actually more successful at controlling their weight. Often times, skipping a meal results in an increase of total calories for the day.

Try something new, greens for breakfast. Just steam up a bunch of your favorite greens (spinach, kale, collard greens), add a little tamari sauce or just some olive oil with sea salt and pepper. Enjoy your greens with this satisfying, healthful breakfast porridge and you'll be off to a terrific start to your day.
